Microsoft is treating the Windows 10 as service by providing the regular updates to the users. As per the regular update schedule, the company has released the new insider preview for the developers who’ve opted to receive the same. The update comes with enhancements in snip and sketches feature. The insider preview update is from the 20H1 branch, which will release in next year with all of the improvements inside the bundle. The insider build is numbered as Build 18850 and is for the small bunch of developers who’ve opted for the “Skip Ahead” option in the Insider Previews section.
Currently, Microsoft is working on two major updates at the same time. The 19H1 update will release later this year, and the 20H1, which hosts the Build 18850 will release in early 2020. As the developers have made the changes to the Snip and Sketches feature, it is included in the 20H1 and not the 19H1, which only consists of the insider updates with new features. In this Insider Preview, the Snip and Sketches software is updated to version 10.1901.10521.0 and introduced several bug fixes. The app received bug fixes for blurry images, copying, file names, Narrator, saving, and general stability.
Also, the update comes with critical bug fixes like the Crashing of Narrator Settings app in Windows Sandbox Mode, Time difference in Sandbox and Non-Sandbox environment, Start Menu not opening with Sandbox feature enabled and many more. Microsoft is regular in providing the Insider Previews, as most of the previews are being released every month. Currently, Microsoft is getting ready to launch the 19H1 update, which is the major update and is known as April 2019 update for Windows 10. Once released, the April 2019 update would be the seventh major update after November Update, Anniversary Update, Creators Update, Fall Creators Update, April 2018 Update, and October 2018 Update.
